Remembering what Baudelaire said about dreams – that “very few men are able to dream magnificently”. To follow a dream requires courage, navigating obstacles including money, time and resources. In reality there are no limits to any of us. Anything is possible if we are able to live in this way. Gather your courage and navigate your obstacles and you can accomplish extraordinary things.

There was something Michelangelo said when he was asked about his magnificent sculpture, David. “David was inside the stone – I just needed to chip away all the parts that weren’t David”. Sometimes the shape of who we are and could be already exists. If we reflect on the form of our lives and the way we want them to look, sometimes it is as simple as chipping away the parts of ourselves that no longer fit…

Why do I stand on my desk?

Robin Williams would tell you that you get a different perspective when you stand up there. You see the world differently. I find when people invest in time away from the office or the comforts of home, it brings an opportunity to re-focus, see your world differently and to reflect on your direction. It's a lot like a 'stand on your desk' moment plus it can be a lot of fun.....
